Young Eun creates a therapeutic space for non-judgmental exploration, compassionate healing, and curiosity. Using trauma-based methods, she helps clients move through feeling defined by their wounds and toward thriving in integration and alignment with their whole self.

Young Eun has clinical experience with BIPOC cultural issues, shame, anxiety, spiritual crisis, ADHD, older adults and aging, as well as grief. She enjoys incorporating writing, music, movement, and art therapeutic methods and uses CBT informed treatment.

Young Eun is a Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker who completed her graduate training at the University of Michigan. She also received her M.F.A. from University of Michigan’s Helen Zell Writers’ Program and her Bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University.
