Young Eun creates a therapeutic space for non-judgmental exploration, compassionate healing, and curiosity. She enjoys working with clients to discover and address fractured patterns that may be causing deep distress. Utilizing trauma based methods, she aims to help clients move beyond feeling defined by their wounds toward wholeness and eventual thriving in ways that align with each individual client’s values.

Young Eun has clinical experience with BIPOC cultural issues, shame, anxiety, grief, ADHD, aging and health, disordered eating, and spiritual crisis. She enjoys incorporating writing, music, movement, and art therapeutic methods as well as DBT and internal family systems.

Young Eun is a Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker who completed her graduate training at the University of Michigan. She also received her M.F.A. from University of Michigan’s Helen Zell Writers’ Program and her Bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University.
