Jerrod O’Brien is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan, who specializes in helping individuals and couples who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. While he enjoys working with a diverse group of clients, some of his areas of clinical interest include addressing spiritual issues, men’s issues, and life/career transitions. Jerrod utilizes a variety of clinical techniques with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He is passionate about helping individuals and couples find joy and fulfillment in their lives, and he actively partners with his clients to help them reach their goals and overcome life’s challenges.

Jerrod received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Prior to completing his graduate training in counseling, Jerrod obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Findlay University and a diploma of Biblical Studies from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. He has also received post-graduate training in Mindfulness Therapy and Gottman Relationship therapy.
