Isabella Lavorata, LLMSW

Isabella (Bella) Lavorata is a Limited License Master’s Social Worker who is passionate about guiding and supporting others through their therapeutic journey. She works with young adults, adults, and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, conflicts, transitions, and other life challenges. Drawing upon a holistic and strengths-based perspective, Bella helps clients heal, set goals, develop skills, identify values, and manage difficult emotions and/or situations.

Bella makes use of various therapeutic modalities and techniques including person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and somatic work. Bella actively utilizes humor in therapy and has a deep commitment to fostering an environment of openness, warmth, sensitivity, curiosity and support.

Bella obtained a Master’s of Social Work degree (MSW) from the University of Michigan. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree (BA) in Psychology from Oakland University.
