Anxiety, stress, fear and uncertainty. These all can be exacerbated during a time of crisis, such as we are facing with the COVID-19 pandemic. We care about your health and the health of our staff. Cypress is now offering telehealth as part of our effort to respond to COVID-19. Most insurance plans are now covering teletherapy services.

If you are a current patient, or would like to request new services, you will have the option of teletherapy from the comfort of your home. Our office staff can assist in verifying your insurance benefits and getting you scheduled with the therapist who is the best fit for you. Cypress Counseling Center uses a HIPAA compliant, encrypted system for all teletherapy calls. Your session is protected with the highest available security protocols. On your end, you can use your computer, tablet, smart phone or any device with a screen that allows you to access the internet.

Will my insurance cover these sessions?
We continue to get updates from insurance providers stating that most insurance policies are covering Telehealth services. To ensure coverage, it is best that you call your insurance company to verify coverage for Telehealth services.

How do I pay my copay or bill that I usually pay in the office?
Please utilize our website to make payments using our online Billpay option on our website at www.cypresscc.com.

How long will I have to meet with my therapist online for?
Cypress will transition back to in-office services as soon as we are assured that it is in everyone’s best interest and social distancing is not an issue. We look forward to seeing you in our office again soon!
