Jerrod O’Brien is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan and he received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Prior to completing his graduate training in counseling, Jerrod obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Findlay University and a diploma of Biblical Studies from Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
Jerrod enjoys working with a diverse population and he specializes in helping individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety and relationship issues. Some of his areas of clinical interest include addressing spiritual issues, men’s issues, and life/career transitions. Jerrod has received post-graduate training in Mindfulness therapy and Gottman Relationship therapy.
Jerrod utilizes a variety of clinical techniques with a bent toward Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He actively partners with his clients to reach their goals and overcome life’s challenges. Jerrod is passionate about helping individuals and couples find joy and fulfillment in their lives.
