Anna received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University with a concentration in interpersonal practice. Prior to her graduate training, Anna received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
Anna builds on client’s strengths and supports them in a caring and collaborative environment. While using a holistic and person-centered approach, Anna works with her clients to achieve a higher level of overall well-being. Anna has experience working with individuals of all ages and has a special interest in working with children, adolescents and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, panic disorders, depression, low self-esteem, and difficult life transitions. Anna is also passionate about the cultivation of the mind-body-spirit connection and works with clients to maintain balance and bring harmony and fulfillment to their lives.
Anna takes an integrative therapeutic approach depending on the client’s needs. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
Anna works in the Farmington Hills office.
